With a focus on small and medium businesses, they are not interested in competing with any of the large mail houses, and  pride themselves on having no minimum orders.

AgentMail had attempted many agencies but none were able to capture his vision of creating a simple to use website that would reflect the experience of working with the brand.

At the verge of giving up, AgentMail approached STANCE to embark on a complete website redesign.


After a strategy session with AgentMail, we set out to capture their vision. We began by understanding their purpose and ultimate goal for the site users. The results were a clean, easy-to-use website that delighted users.

STANCE also implemented some custom features on the website to enable customers to submit their mail print orders online right from the website.

Improved User Experience

As a result of the redesign and new features, we were able to tremendously improve the user experience.

As part of transitioning and educating new and existing clients, we created a video screen cast showcasing how the new website worked.

This proved to be useful especially since our client’s target audience is not very tech-savvy.
